超声内镜对早期胃癌诊治的应用价值

目的探讨超声内镜对早期胃癌的诊断及指导治疗的应用价值。方法2012年03月-2013年09月行普通胃镜检查发现胃黏膜可疑病变42例，可疑病变包括局部黏膜粗糙不平、糜烂、颜色异常、微隆起等，首次病理检查均提示为良性病变。在普通胃镜下观察可疑病灶黏膜，记录病变的大小、范围，然后在超声内镜引导下对可疑部位取活检，所有病变均以病理结果作为诊断标准。结果42例患者确诊为腺癌3例（7．14％），高级别内瘤样变4例（9．53％），低级别内瘤样变11例（26．19％），慢性炎症及肠化生24例（57．14％）。结论超声内镜对提高早期胃癌的诊断率有较高的应用价值，并对指导治疗亦有重要价值。

Application value of endoscopic ultrasonography in the diagnosis and treatment of early gastric

Objective To explore the value of endoscopic ultrasonography（EUS） in the diagnosis and treament of early gastric cancer. Methods 42 patients who experienced ordinary gastric endoscopy from Mar, 2012 to SOP, 2013 and found suspicious lesions. Suspicious lesions, including local mucosal rough, erosion, abnormal color, slightly raised, etc. Initial pathological examination suggested benign lesions. All cases were abserved in normal endoscopic mucosal suspicious lesions, Record lesion size, scope, and then in the endoscop- ic ultrasound-guided biopsy of suspicious sites. All lesions were using pathological findings as diagnostic crite- ria. Results 42 patients were diagnosed as adenocarcinoma, 3 cases （7. 14% ） were high-grade intraepithelial degeneration. 4 cases （9. 53% ） were low-grade intraepithelial degeneration. 11 cases （26. 19% ）were chronic inflammation and intestinal metaplasia 24 cases （ 57. 14 % ）. Conclusion Endoscopic ultrasenography was shown to be an efficient diagnostic method for early gastric cancer, and is of great value to treatment.
