重症急性胰腺炎临床特点和诊治分析

目的探究重症急性胰腺炎的临床特点并总结相应的诊治策略。方法选取2008年～2012年在本院进行治疗的重症急性胰腺炎患者90例，并分成手术治疗组和非手术治疗组两组，每组45例，回顾90例重症急性胰腺炎患者的临床特点，并对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较，最后对结果进行整理，得出重症急性胰腺炎发生及发展的规律及患者的表现，对以后的临床诊治奠定基础。结果通过比较，手术治疗组患者平均住院时间以及死亡率要明显高于非手术组患者，患者存活率大大降低，差异具有统计学意义。结论对于重症急性胰腺炎患者来说，其病情发展快，风险大，容易发生多器官功能衰竭，因此要根据患者的临床症状和检查手段，及早诊断，并根据患者的病情特点选择合理的治疗方案，降低患者的死亡率。

Analysis of the clinical features and treatment of severe acute pancreatitis

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of severe acute pancreatitis and summarize the strategy of diagnosis and treatment. Methods Selecting 90 patients with severe acute pancreatitis from 2008 to 2012 treated in our hospital. The patients were divided into operation group and non-operation treatment group, and 45 cases in each group. We reviewed the clinical features of 90 patients with severe acute pancreatitis, and compared the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients, and finally sorted the results. We obtained the rule and the occurrence and development of patients. Resttlts Compared with the non-operation treatment group, the average hospitalization time and mortality in the operation group was higher, the survival rate of the patients is reduced greatly, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion For patients with severe acute pancreatitis, it is rapid of progression of the disease. We should rely on the clinical symptoms and examination, and patients should obtain early diagnosis and rational treatment to reduce the mortality rate of patients.
