库存血液输注前血浆血红蛋白含量与显微镜下红细胞形态变化的研究

摘    要:目的探讨库存血液随时间变化对血浆血红蛋白含量及显微镜下红细胞形态变化的影响。方法对2~6℃保存20d、30d输注的库存血各30袋血液,取样推薄层血涂片,血涂片经瑞士染色,显微镜下观察计数球形红细胞的百分数。血样在有分离胶的试管中离心,检测上血浆血红蛋白含量。结果20d内输注的库存血液,血浆血红蛋白为(71.2±8.3)mg/L,球形红细胞比率〉5%的百分数为3.33%,第30天的库存血液血红蛋白为(106±10.5)mg/L,球形红细胞〉5%的百分数为10%。储存20d和30d的库存血液,血浆血红蛋白含量、球形红细胞的百分数均不相同,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论库存血液随时间变化血浆血红蛋白含量及显微镜下红细胞形态变化均有显著性变化,输注前部分成分的检测,可作为一种简便的血液质量判断方法。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of time on the changes of blood plasma hemoglobin content and morphological of red blood cells under microscope. Methods Blood sample were stored at 2 - 6℃ cold room for 20 days and 30 days espectively, smeared blood stained by Switzerland was observed by microscope to get the percentage of spherocytosis. Blood samples were centrifuged gel in a test tube to determine the plasma hemoglobin content. Results The result show that plasma hemoglobin was (71.2 ± 8.3 )mg/L and the percent of spherocytosis ratio( 〉 5% ) was 3.33% for blood stored 20 days, while plasma hemoglobin was ( 106 ± 10. 5) mg/L and the percent of spheroeytosis ratio( 〉 5% ) was 10% for blood stored 30 days. There are much difference between storied for 20 days and 30 days in plasma hemoglobin content and the percent of red sphere blood, the difference was statistically significance (P 〈 0. 01 ) Conclusion There are significant changes of blood plasma hemoglobin content and morphological of red blood ceils with different time, the microscopy should be developed as a simple method to test the quality of blood before Infusion.
