电子支气管镜检查患者心理护理干预的效果分析

目的：探讨心理护理干预在电子支气管镜检查中对患者的影响。方法对本科120例住院行电子支气管镜检查的患者，采用对照研究的方法，按先后顺序随机分成观察组与对照组，每组各60例。对照组进行常规护理，观察组在除常规护理外，给予心理护理干预。对比两组患者身心状况，评价观察组患者的干预效果，观察两组患者接受不同护理后进行检查时对检查结果影响。结果观察组干预后焦虑评分和检查后血压、心率的升高幅度均明显低于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论对电子支气管镜检查患者给予心理护理干预，可提高护理效果，改善患者紧张情绪，使检查和治疗顺利完成，值得临床推广应用。

Analysis on the effect of psychological nursing intervention for patients with electron bronchoscopy examination

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention for patients with electron bronchoscopy examination. Methods Through patients for bronchoscopy screened 180 patients were treated with control study will be divided into test group and control group, routine care control group to test group psychological care, compared two groups of patients with physical and mental condition, the evaluation of intervention effects of experimental group patients were observed after patients received different care inspection tension reduction in the impact of test results. Results The use of psychological care of patients, compared with conventional care, anxiety scores and post-test blood pressure, heart rate was significantly lower （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The upper gastrointestinal bronchoscopy in patients with psychological care, patients can effectively reduce the tension, ease the inspection discomfort, improve care and effects, contribute to the successful completion of examination and treatment, which is worthy of clinical application.
