干燥综合征临床首发症状分析研究

目的：讨论关于原发性干燥综合征的误诊原因，以便在日后临床诊治过程中减少误诊。方法对临床18例原发性干燥综合症的患者，首发症状及误诊疾病资料进行回顾性分析。结果在这18例原发性干燥综合症误诊病例中，被误诊为慢性腮腺炎的3例，误诊为过敏性紫癜的2例，误诊为皮肤瘙痒症的1例，误诊为传染性肝炎的1例，误诊为类风湿关节炎的6例，误诊为结节性红斑的2例，误诊为间质性肺炎的2例，误诊为急性胰腺炎的1例。结论在临床上应提高对原发性干燥综合征的认识，由于原发性干燥综合征的临床表现是复杂多样，所以容易误诊，为此要大大提高医务人员的分辨能力。

Analysis of the first clinical symptom of dry syndrome

Objective To discuss the causes of misdiagnosis of primary sjogren syndrome, in order to reduce the misdiagnosis in future clinical diagnosis and treatment process. Methods the clinical data of 18 cases of primary sjogren syndrome, symptoms and diseases misdiagnosed were analyzed retrospectively. Results In the 18 patients with primary sjogren＇s syndrome misdiagnosed cases, 3 cases were misdiagnosed as chronic parotitis, 2 cases were diagnosed as allergic purpura disease, 1 cases was diagnosed as cutaneous pruritus, 1 case was misdiagnosed as infectious hepatitis, 6 patients were misdiagnosed as rheumatoid arthritis, 2 patients were misdiagnosed as erythema nodosum, 2 cases were misdiagnosed as interstitial pneumonia, 1 case was misdiagnosed as acute pancreatitis. Conclusion In clinical should improve the understanding of primary sjogren syndrome, the clinical manifestation of primary Sjogren syndrome is complex and diverse, so easily misdiagnosed, therefore to greatly improve the resolution of medical personnel.
