| 摘 要： | 目的观察腹腔镜下治疗胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔临床疗效。方法总结分析本科2010年2月-2012年12月期间行腹腔镜胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术76例患者临床资料。结果76例患者均治愈出院，术后并发肺内感染1例，胃排空障碍2例。结论腹腔镜下胃十二指肠溃疡穿孔修补术具有操作简单、创伤小、恢复快等特点，结合消化内科理论及药物治疗的发展，可使胃十二指肠穿孔患者获得更满意治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of laparoscopic treatment of perforated gastroduodenal ulcer. Methods To summarize the analysis during February 2010 to December 2012 laparoscopic gastroduodenal ulcer perforation repair in 76 patients with clinical data. Results 76 patients were cured and discharged, 1 case of postoperative pulmonary infection, 2 cases of gastric emptying disorder. Conclusion Laparescopic gastroduodenal ulcer perforation repair with simple operation and less traumatic, recovery, andother characteristics, combination of digestive medicine theories and development of drug treatment may make more satisfactory treatment in patients with Perforated gastroaducdenal ulcer. |
