32例选择性肾动脉栓塞术治疗肾出血的临床观察

目的：探讨选择性肾动脉栓塞术治疗肾损伤性出血的临床效果。方法32例肾损伤性出血患者，其中医源性损伤10例，肾脏外伤22例，采用金属弹簧圈行选择性肾动脉栓塞术。结果全部患者术后1-4d血尿消失，平均随访6个月以上，无复发性血尿，无严重并发症出现。结论选择性肾动脉栓塞治疗肾出血能够最大限度地保护正常肾组织，避免肾脏外科手术损伤，具有成功率高、创伤小、安全有效等优点。栓塞材料的选择要注意根据肾损伤具体情况加以选择。

Clinical observation of 32 cases of selective renal artery embolization for treatment of renal injury hemorrhage

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of selective renal artery embolization treatment for renal injury hemorrhage. Methods 32 patients with renal injury hemorrhage, including 22 patients of renal trauma, 10 patients of iatrogenic renal injury, were treated by selective renal artery embolization with steel coils. Results All 32 patients with selective renal arterial embolization hematuria got satisfied curative effect. The injury sites were segment and their branches of renal artery. After renal artery embolization, macroscopic hematuria was disappeared on the 1st to 4th day after the procedures, excepting two cases with re-embolization. There was no recurrent hemorrhage and no complications occurred during 6 months follow up. Conclusion Elective renal artery embolization is effective and safe in treating renal injury hemorrhage, with less invasion, less complications and avoiding renal operations.
