| 摘 要： | 目的探讨男性生殖器疱疹病毒感染对精液质量的影响。方法对45例男性生殖器疱疹病毒感染患者(研究组)及40例非生殖器疱疹病毒感染患者(对照组)的精液常规和精子形态学进行分析、比较。结果研究组和对照组的精液量、pH值、液化时间、密度等参数比较无明显差异;生殖器疱疹病毒感染组精子的存活率、活动力及精子形态学均低于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论生殖器疱疹病毒感染可对精液部分参数有所影响。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the impact of male genital herpes(GH)infection on seminal fluid quality.Methods 45 cases of male genital herpes infection patients and 40 cases of nongenital herpes(NGH) infection male patients were analyzed for the seminal fluid routine and sperm morphology.Results The seminal fluid quantities,PH,fluidify time and concentration of GH infection group and NGH infection group had no significantly difference,whereas in GH infection group,its livability, motility and morphology were significantly lower than that in the NGH infection group(P<0.05).Conclusion The GH infection can make some difference on some parameters of semen. |
