| 摘 要： | 采集１５８例（生育年龄１４４例，绝经期１４例）宫内节育器使用者的子宫内膜进行组织病理研究。结果显示子宫内膜发育与其月经周期不同步者为６３．４％；异物巨细胞反应随着置器时间的延长而显著增多（Ｐ＜０．０１）；而中性白细胞、浆细胞和单核细胞无明显改变。结果提示：子宫内膜与胚泡发育的不同步可能是宫内节育器的作用机理之一。

| Abstract: | The morphologic changes of the endometrium were studied in 158 patients using IUD (144 patients were childbearing age, 14 were menopause age). The results showed that the morphologic features of endometrium were asynchronous with the menstrual cycle (63.4%). The foreign gaint cells were significantly increased with time ( P <0.01). However neutrophilic granulocytes, plasma cells and monocytes remained unchanged. The results suggested that asynchronism of endometrium and blastocyst development may be one of the main contraceptive mechanism of IUD. |
