外伤性小肠损伤52例分析

目的 探讨外伤性小肠损伤的诊断与治疗措施.方法 回顾性分析我院从l 996年9月至2007年12月收治的52例外伤性小肠损伤患者的临床资料.结果 分析52例小肠损伤的临床症状、体征及实验室检查.确定诊断的依据.单纯修补18例,肠部分切除29例,修补加肠减压5例,51例治愈,1例死亡.结论 对小肠损伤的早期正确诊断治疗,可提高治愈率,降低其并发症及死亡率.

Traumatic injury in 52 cases of analysis of the small intestine

Objective To investigate traumatic intestinal injury diagnosis and treatment.Methods Summary of the Court from September 1996 to December 2007 treated 52 cases of traumatic injury in the small intestine in patients with clinical data.Results Analysis of 52 cases of small intestine injury in the clinical signs and symptoms and laboratory tests to determine the basis for diagnosis.18 cases of simple repair,29 cases of intestinal resection,patch plus five cases of intestinal decompression,51 patients were cured and l died.Conclusion Of small intestine injury in the early correct diagnosis and treatment can improve the cure rate and reduce the complications and mortality.
