摘    要:目的了解石林县民族中学学生的心理健康状况,为对少数民族中学生进行心理健康教育提供依据.方法采用<心理健康诊断测验>(MHT)对447名中学生进行测查.结果石林县民族中学学生焦虑检出率为1.79%,其中学习焦虑问题非常明显;撒尼族学生与汉族学生在MHT各因子分差异均无显著性(P>0.05);初二年级与高一年级学生过敏倾向因子分差异有显著性(P<0.05);男生与女生的学习焦虑因子分差异有非常显著性(P<0.01).结论 2个民族中学生学习焦虑问题均较严重,民族之间差异无显著性,但过敏倾向和学习焦虑因子分各年级之间与性别之间差异有显著性.

Abstract:Objective To understand mental health status of students in Shilin Nationality Middle School, and to provide evidence for mental health e-ducation to minority nationality middle school students. Methods Four hundred and forty-seven middle school students were surveyed with a revised Mental Health Test( MHT). Results The incidence of anxiety among 447 students was 1.79% , and learning anxiety was obvious. There was no significant differences on each factors of MHT between the students of Han Nationality and Yi Nationality, but differences were found in sensitive factor between students of grade two in junior middle school and grade one in senior middle school. There were significant differences in learning anxiety factor between male and female. Conclusion Learning anxiety was a serious problem among middle school students. There was no significant difference between students of the two nationalities on factors of learning anxiety, but significant difference were found between grades on sensitive factor and between genders on learning anxiety factor.
