MMP-2与MMP-7在直肠癌中的表达及临床意义

目的研究直肠癌中MMP-2和MMP-7的表达情况,探讨它们与直肠癌侵袭和转移的关系及临床意义。方法对60例直肠癌、20例癌旁正常组织进行MMP-2和MMP-7免疫组化染色。结果MMP-2和MMP-7在癌组织中表达明显高于癌旁正常组织,二者之间差异显著（P〈0.05）,MMP-2和MMP-7表达均与肿瘤分化程度、Dukes分期及淋巴结转移呈正相关（P〈0.05）。结论直肠癌组织中MMP-2、MMP-7的表达与肿瘤进展有一定关系,可被视为反映直肠癌生物侵袭性的有价值的标志物,联合检测有助于判定结直肠癌临床病理特征及预后。

Clinicopathological significance of MMP-2 and MMP-7 expression in colorectal cancer

Objective To examine the clinicopathological significance of MMP-2 and MMP-7 expression in colorectal cancer. To study the role of MMP-2 and MMP-7 in the invasion and metastasis of human colorectal cancer. Methods Sixty cases of colorectal cancer and 20cases of normal mucous tissue were tested for MMP-2 andMMP-7expression using immunohistochemical stainingS-P method. Results More cases expressed MMP-2 andMMP-7 in colorectal cancer tissue than in normal mucous tissue （ P 〈 0.05）, and the expression of MMP-2 was correlated with MMP-7. The positive expression of MMP-2 andMMP-7 were closely correlated with pathologic grades, Dukes stage and lymph node metastasis （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The increased expression of MMP-2and MMP-7 were related to colorectal cancer progression and might be considered to be useful as marker for biological aggressiveness of thismalignancy. Combined analyses of the expression of MMP-2and MMP-7could be helpful in the evaluation of the clinicopathologic features and prognosis of patients with colorectal carcinoma.
