妊娠期细菌性阴道病对妊娠结局的影响

为了解中晚期妊娠合并细菌性阴道病的检出率并探讨其对妊娠结局的影响，对２ 中晚期妊娠妇女阴道分泌物进行ＰＨ测定和革兰染色镜检。根据阴道分泌物的特征ｐＨ和镜检出结果，筛查ＢＶ患者并跟踪随访部分筛查对象至妊娠终止。

Effect of BV in the Gestational Period on the Pregnant Outcome

To assess the incidence rate of bacterial vaginosis(BV) in the mid and late gestational period and to explore the effect of BV on the pregnant outcome, the pH of vaginal secreta from 250 cases mid and late period pregnant women was determined and the smears Gram stained were inspected under the microscope.According to clinical characters and above mentioned tests,the diagnosis of BV was made. Some of these women had been observed till the end of pregnancy. The results showed, incidence rate of BV was 17.60% and 19.90% in the mid and late gestational period respectively. The incidence rate of premature rupture of membrane was 29.70% and the fetus stress was 18.90% in the group BV. There was significant difference between the group BV and group without BV(P<0 05). BV is a common infection of vagina in gestational period and has relation to pregnant bad outcome. It is necessary to pay attention to BV.
