摘    要:目的探讨急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血尿酸水平与冠脉病变严重程度的关系及对患者近期预后的影响。方法选择2010年1月—2011年1月在我院心内科住院并诊断为ACS的患者165例,患者入院后检测血尿酸水平并根据血尿酸水平分为正常血尿酸组85例和高血尿酸组80例,分析两组患者冠脉病变严重程度的差异并观察血尿酸水平对接受经皮冠脉介入治疗术(PCI)的ACS患者近期(6个月)预后的影响。结果高血尿酸组ACS患者多支血管病变、冠脉B2/C型病变及冠脉病变狭窄程度积分(Gensini积分)均较正常尿酸组患者增高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);多因素Logistic回归分析显示血尿酸水平是ACS患者近期预后的独立预测因子。结论血尿酸水平与ACS患者冠脉病变的严重程度相关,并对ACS患者的近期预后有预测价值。

Impact of hyperuricemia to the coronary artery disease and short-term prognosis in patients with acute coronary syndrome

Abstract:Objective To investigate the impact of hyperuricemia to the coronary artery disease and short-term prognosis in acute coronary syndrome(ACS) patients.Methods 165 ACS patients hospitalized in our department of cardiology from January 2010 to January 2011 were enrolled and divided into two group according to their blood uric acid levels of admission: hyperuricemia group including 80 cases and control group(patients’ blood uric acid levels were normal) including 85 cases.Patients’severity of coronary artery disease and the incidence rate of major adverse cardiac events within 6 month after PCI treatment were measured and registered.Results ACS patients of hyperuricemia group had more cases of multivessel disease and B2/C type coronary disease than control group,and patient’ s Gensini Score in hyperuricemia group were higher than control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Binary logistic regression analysis indicated that hyperuricemia was an independent predictor to the short-term prognosis of ACS patients who had undergone PCI treatment.Conclusion The blood uric acid levels were relevant to the severity of coronary artery disease in ACS patients and were valuable in predicting the short-term prognosis of ACS patients.
