| 摘 要： | 目的探讨舍尼亭联合安定治疗前列腺增生术后膀胱痉挛的疗效。方法将40例前列腺增生术后患者随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组给予舍尼亭联合安定以及抗生素,对照组给予抗生素。观察并记录患者出现膀胱痉挛的时间、次数和持续时间。结果实验组和对照组在膀胱痉挛出现时间上无明显差异(P>0.05),但在痉挛出现的次数和痉挛持续时间有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论舍尼亭和安定合用治疗前列腺增生术后膀胱痉挛效果显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficacy of tolterodine and valium for treatment of bladder spasm after operation of prostate.Methods A total of 40 patients received prostate operation with were randomly divided into 2 groups(20 cases in each group).Experimenta group received tolterodine,valium and antibiotics,control group received antibiotics only.Observe and record the patients the time,frequency and duration of bladder spasm.Results Experimental and control groups had no significant difference(P>0.05) in the emergence of bladder spasm,but had statistically significant difference(P<0.05) in the number of occurrences and the spasm duration.Conclusion It is demonstrated that tolterodine and valium are effective for the treatment of bladder spasm after operation of prostate. |
