湖南省2000～2005年食物中毒情况分析

目的了解湖南省食物中毒发生的规律,找出食物中毒发生的特点,更好地防止食物中毒的发生。方法收集食物中毒报表资料,进行统计分析,找出食物中毒发病的规律性。结果2000~2005年全省共发生食物中毒325起、中毒8 998人、死亡85人。中毒场所以家庭发生最多,占总中毒起数的45%,中毒人数以集体食堂最多,中毒原因中以化学性食物中毒发生起数最高,占总发生起数的45%,全省容易引起食物中毒的食品,主要是植物性食品。食物中毒的高发地点在乡村,占总起数的90%。结论应加大宣传和监管力度,增强人群自我保护意识和能力,防止食物中毒的发生。

Analysis of Food Poisoning in Hunan Province During the Period of 2000～2005

Objective To find the characteristics of food poisoning and improve preventive measures in Hunan(Province).Method Data came from the registration report list were used for this analysis.The number of food poisoning cases was extracted from the yearbook. Results Food poisoning occurred 325 events and affected 8,998 persons,and 85 cases died during the period from 2000 through 2005.The food poisoning events occurred frequently in families,which accounted for 45%,and affected the majority sufferers in the public canteens.Chemical food poisoning accounted for 45%,which was more frequent than poisonous animal or vegetable and bacterial contamination induced food poisoning.The foodstuff easily induced food poisoning was predominantly vegetables.Most food poisoning events happened in rural area,which accounted for 90%.Conclusion Publicity and supervision should be strengthened to enhance people's consciousness and ability of self-protection and to prevent the occurrence of food poisoning.
