手法治疗交通警察颈性眩晕60例

摘    要:目的探讨颈肌与颈椎的关系,运用颈部软组织松解手法按摩,以筋骨并重、动静结合为原则治疗交通警察颈性眩晕,以达到恢复颈性动静平衡的目的。方法选择诊断明确、症状典型的60例交通警察作为治疗组,并与对照组56例进行对比。治疗组运用手法按摩联合药物治疗,对照组单纯用药物治疗。结果治疗组治愈404例,占667%;好转18例,占30%;无效2例,占33%;总有效58例,占96.7%。对照组治愈15例,占268%;好转17例,占30.4%;无效24例,占429%;总有效32例,占57.1%。经统计学处理,两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P〈005)。结论只要诊断明确,手法得当,手法按摩无疑是防治颈性眩晕的好方法。,

Abstract:Objective To discuss the relationship between neck muscle and cervical vertebra,using the technique massage for neck soft tissue relaxation with equal stress on muscles and bones,adopting dynamic and static combination principle to treat cervical vertigo for traffic police in order to reach the purpose of recovering dynamic and static neck balance.Methods 60 traffic police with definite diagnosis and typical symptoms as the treatment group were compare with 56 cases in the control group.The treatment group were given technique massage and drug treatment,while the control group were just given drug treatment.Results 40 cases in the treatment group were cured(66.7%),18 cases were improved(30%) and 2 cases were ineffective(3.3%).The total effective rate was 96.7%(58 cases).15 cases in the control group were cured(26.8%),17 cases were improved(30.4%) and 24 cases were ineffective(42.9%).The total effective rate was 57.1%(32 cases).The curative effect difference between the two groups was of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Technique massage is a good method to treat and prevent cervical vertigo if with correct diagnosis and proper technique.
