系统护理对乳腺癌患者围手术期癌因性疲乏及生活质量的影响

目的探讨系统护理对乳腺癌患者围手术期癌因性疲乏及生活质量的影响。方法选取2010年11月至2011年12月197例乳腺癌患者为研究对象，随机分为实验组99例和对照组98例。实验组给予系统护理方法；对照组给予传统护理方法。对比2种护理方法对乳腺癌患者围手术期癌因性疲乏及生活质量的影响。结果实验组护理后的QOL生活质量评分结果为（92．1±1．6）分，明显高于自身护理前及同期对照组水平。对比2组患者癌因性疲乏程度，护理后实验组的癌因性疲乏程度均较自身护理前及同期对照组有显著的改善。结论应用系统的护理方法能够显著降低癌症患者围手术期癌因性疲乏的程度，同时能够显著提高乳腺癌患者的生活质量，可以在临床上推广。

Influence of systematic nursing on cancer related fatigue and life quality of patients with breast cancer during perioperative period

Objective To discuss the influence of systematic nursing on cancer related fatigue and life quality of patients with breast cancer during perioperative period. Methods 197 patients in our hos- pital with breast cancer were randomly divided into the experimental group （99 cases）and the control group （98 cases）from November 2010 to December 2011. The experimental group was given systematic nursing method and the control group received traditional nursing. After treatment, the influence of nursing inter- vention on cancer related fatigue and QOL were compared between two groups. Results The score of QOL was（92.1±1.6）after nursing in the experimental group, higher than before systematic nursing and the con- trol group. The severity of cancer related fatigue in the experimental group was apparently lower than before nursing intervention and that in the control group. There was significant difference. Conclusions The sys- tematic nursing can reduce the level of perioperative cancer related fatigue and improve the life quality for the patients with breast cancer, so it can be widely used in clinic.
