山地疗养环境对机体康复作用的相关性研究

摘    要:目的研究山地疗养环境对机体康复效果的影响。方法通过查阅相关资料,调查分析山地气候特征及大气环境要素对机体的康复作用。结果山地气候具有大气压低、乏氧、太阳辐射强度大、紫外线丰富、空气清新且负氧离子含量高、夏季气温偏低等特点。对慢性病患者具有一定的康复效果,可提高机体的适应性和代偿能力,调整某些疾病的病理变化过程。结论根据自然疗养因子的分布情况,合理开发和科学利用山地疗养资源开展康复疗养,可取得巨大的社会效益和经济效益。

Abstract:Objective To study the influence of mountain convalescent environment on the organism rehabilitation effects.Methods Through consulting relevant information,we surveyed and analyzed the characteristics of mountain climate and the rehabilitation function of atmospheric environment elements on organism rehabilitation.Results The mountain climate is featured with low atmospheric pressure,hypoxia,intense solar radiation,plentiful ultraviolet rays,fresh air with high negative oxygen ions and low temperature in summer,which have certain rehabilitation effects on individuals or patients with chronic diseases,thus to improve the body’s adaptability and compensatory ability,adjust certain disease pathological change process.Conclusion According to the distribution of natural convalescent factors,reasonable development and scientific utilization of mountain resources to carry out rehabilitation and convalescence can obtain significant social and economic benefits.
