| 摘 要： | 目的优选石岩杜鹃叶中黄酮的最佳提取条件。方法采用L9（34）正交法优化石岩杜鹃叶中黄酮的提取,以其中所含成分芦丁含量为评价指标。结果15倍原料的75%乙醇溶液超声提取3次,每次40min,黄酮得率最高。结论该工艺可将石岩杜鹃叶中的黄酮类物质充分提取出来,提高了药材的利用率。

| Abstract: | Objective To select the best extracting procedure for flavone from the leaves of Rhododendron obtussum（Limdl.）Planch. Methods The orthogonal test was used to optimize the extracting procedure for flavone from the leaves of R： obtussum（Limdl. ）Planch and the extracting procedure was selected with the content of rutin.Results The flavone extracting procedure was determined with 15 times of 75 % alcohol extracting 40min for three tines, Conclusion The flavone from the leaves of R.. obtussum（Limdl, ）Planch can be extracted sufficiently by the extracting procedure so that it can increase the availability of R.. obtussum（Limdl. ）Planch. |
