越鞠丸加味治疗冠心病心绞痛30例临床观察

目的:观察越鞠丸加味治疗肝郁气滞型冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:随机将60例肝郁气滞型冠心病心绞痛患者分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组采用消心痛治疗,治疗组采用越鞠丸加味治疗,主要观察两组治疗后心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效以及两组治疗前后中医证候积分变化情况和硝酸甘油的减少量。结果:治疗组在心绞痛和心电图疗效方面与对照组比较,P>0.05;在中医证候改善、硝酸甘油减少量方面也明显优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:越鞠丸加味治疗本病疗效满意。

Clinical Observation on 30 Cases of Angina of Coronary Artery Disease Treated by Modified Yuejuwan

Objective:To observe the clinical effect on stagnation liver-qi type of angina of coronary artery disease treated by modified Yuejuwan.Method:60 cases were randomly divided into 30 cases each in the treatment group and the control group.Cases in the control group were treated by dinitrosorbide and Modified Yuejuwan were used in the treatmen tgroup.The effects on angina and ECG after treatment,the changes integral of syndrome of TCM and reducing dosage of glycerol trinitrate before and after treatment were observed.Results:The effects on angina and ECG in the treatment group had no difference as compared with that in the control groups(P>0.05),but the improvement of syndrome of TCM and reducing dosage of glycerol trinitrate had significant difference as compared with that in the control groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Modified Yuejuwan was satisfactory for treating stagnation liver-qi type of angina of coronary artery disease.
