复方松馏油糊治疗儿童特应性皮炎的疗效观察

目的观察复方松馏油糊治疗儿童特应性皮炎的疗效和安全性。方法治疗组予复方松馏油糊局部封包患处,对照组予益康唑曲安奈德霜外用治疗,疗程3周。结果治疗组有效率为91.11%,对照组有效率为74.44%,两组有效率差异有显著性(P<0.05);治疗组无任何不良反应。结论复方松馏油糊治疗儿童特应性皮炎疗效好,不良反应发生率低,是一种安全有效的外用药。

Observation on Effect of Compound Pine Tar Paste in the Treatment on Atopic Dermatitis in Children

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of compound pine tar paste in the treatment on atopic dermatitis in children. Methods The lesions in treatment group were treated with compound pine tar paste containing bandages,the control group used the Pevisone(1% econazole nitrate and 0.1% triamcinolone acetonide cream) by topically applied on the injury,and all the treatment courses were 3 weeks. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 91.11%,and the control group was 74.44%.The effective rate between two groups had significant difference(P<0.05);Children in the treatment group had no any adverse reactions.Conclusion The compound pine tar paste is an efficacy and safety topically applied agent in the treatment no atopic dermatitis in children for it has good curative effect,low incidence rate of adverse reactions.
