| 摘 要： | 目的血浆D-二聚体检测是一种简便、快速、灵敏度高、特异性强的实验项目,是目前临床鉴别原发性和继发性纤溶及进行溶栓治疗监测的重要指标。尤其对深静脉血栓、肺栓塞、弥散性血管内凝血（DIC）、急性心脑血管疾病等血栓性疾病具有早期诊断的价值,该文将对此作一综述。

| Abstract: | The plasma D-dimer test is a simple and rapid experimental project with high sensitivity and specificity. It is currently the key indicator of the clinical identification of primary and secondary fibrinolysis and thrombolytic therapy monitoring. It has the value of early diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, disseminated intravascular coagulation （DIC） , acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascalar diseases, etc which the article are reviewed. |
