| 摘 要： | 采用环磷酰胺(CTX)50mg/kg、足叶乙甙(VP-16)200mg/m~2(—2,—1天);全身照射(TBI)6.0Gy(0天),为3例急性白血病患者进行不冷冻、不净化自体骨髓移植(ABMT)。移植后患者造血功能重建较顺利,随访病人无病生存期已分别超过27,23,17个月。提示该预处理方案所致的骨髓外毒副作用相对小。

| Abstract: | Unpurged and nocryopreseved ABMTS were carried out in three cases of acute leukemia. The conditioning regimen consisted of cyclophosphamide (50mg/kg/day-2,-1). Etoposide (200mg/m~2/ day-2, -1). TBT (6.0 Gy day 0). No severe complications were observed except for mild nausea vomiting and diarrhea. Swelling parotid glands and stomatitis were noticed, which were disappeared during a short period. The disease-free survivals are more than 27,23 and 17 months since ABMT. |
