| 摘 要： | 血浆D-二聚体（D—Dimer，D—D）是交联纤维蛋白的特异性降解产物，其水平的升高反映高凝状态和继发纤溶亢进，可作为体内高凝状态和纤溶亢进的分子标志物之一．对高凝状态及纤溶亢进的诊断、疗效观察和预后判断均具有广泛应用价值，近年来，随着方法学的不断进步，D-二聚体检测的临床应用越来越广泛．本文就D-二聚体的检测及临床应用进展综述如下。

| Abstract: | D - dimer is a specific degradation product of cross linked fibrin in plasma and its increase reflects hypercoagulability and secondary increased fibrinolytic activity. Therefore, it can be used as one of the molecular markers for hypercoagulability and secondary increased fibriolytic activity in body and is of great value for diagnosis, therapeutic efficacy determination and prognosis prediction of the 2 diseases. In recent years, with continuous development in methodology, D - dimer detection has been increasingly used in clinical practice. In this paper, the author reviewed the - D - dimer detection and its clinical application. |
