冠心病患者血尿酸及超敏C-反应蛋白检测及分析

[目的]探讨冠心病患者血尿酸（UA）及超敏C-反应蛋白（HS—CRP）检测的临床应用价值。[方法]对134例冠心病患者（试验组）和128名健康体检者（对照组）分别进行UA及HS—CRP的检测，并对结果进行比较分析。[结果]冠心病患者UA及HS—CRP水平均高于健康对照组，两者比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。[结论]冠心病患者UA及HS—CRP水平明显升高，联合检测UA及HS—CRP对冠心病的诊断、治疗和判断预后有重要的临床意义。

Detection and analysis of serum uric acid and hypersensitivity C - reactive protein in patients with coronary heart disease

[ Objective] To discuss the clinical application value of detection of blood uric acid（UA） and hypersensitivity C -reactive protein （HS- CRP ）in patients with coronary heart disease. [Methods] 134 patients with coronary artery disease（ test group） and 128 healthy subjects （control group） were carried out UA and HS -CRP detection, and the results were compared and analyzed. [ Results] UA and HS - CRP content in patients with coronary heart disease was higher than those in the control group, both had significant difference between the two group（P 〈 0.01 ）. [ Conclusion] The levels of UA and HS -CRP in patients with coronary heart disease were significantly high, joint detection of serum UA and HS - CRP had important clinical significances in diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of coronary heart disease.
