摘 要: | [目的]探讨同一实验室不同检测系统部分澳0定结果的可比性。[方法]按照NCCLS《EP9-A2》文件要求,以德国cobas501为对比方法,以德国cobasb121血气分析仪为实验方法,用患者样本对钾离子(K+)、钠离子(Na+’)氯离子(Cl-)及钙离子(Ca2+)进行检测,统计计算两方法间的相关系数和直线回归方程,判断不同检测系统检测结果的可比性。[结果]德国罗氏130.basc501和cobasb121两种检测系统的检测结果的系统误差除Ca2+外临床允许误差范围内。[结论]当同一检测项目在不同检测系统上测定时,应当进行方法比对和偏倚评估实验,以确保为临床提供准确一致的检验数据。

Abstract: | [ Objective ] To explore the comparability of determination results obtained from different detection systems in the same laboratory. [ Methods] In accordance with NCCLS 〈 EP9 -A2 〉 , German cobas c 501 as contrast method and German cobas h 121 blood gas analyzer as experimental method were involved for detection of K + , Na + , Cl + and Ca2+ in samples from patients, then correlation coefficients and linear regression equations of the two methods were calculated to analyze the comparability of the detection results. [ Results ] The systemic error of detection results with the two detection methods was not out of the clinical acceptable range, except Ca +. [ Condusion ] On the condition that the same item was detected with different detection systems, method comparison and bias assessment should be done to ensure the consistent and accurate test data for clinic. |
