围产期孕妇血清D-二聚体浓度检测及分析

[目的]探讨围产期孕妇血清D-二聚体浓度的变化。[方法]采用胶乳增强免疫比浊法在日立7600—020全自动生化分析仪上测定160例围产期孕妇和50例正常非孕妇女的血清D-二聚体浓度，同时在CA-1500血凝分析仪上对上述人员进PT、AFIT测定，并对结果进行分析。[结果]围产期孕妇血清D-二聚体与正常非孕妇相比，有不同程度升高。具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。[结论]对围产期孕妇血清D-二聚体浓度进行监测，对于及时发现妊娠高血压综合症，预防弥漫性血管内凝血的发生和及时治疗有重要意义。

DETECTION AND ANALYSIS OF SERUM D -DIMER CONTENT IN PREGNANT WOMEN IN PERINATAL PERIOD

[ Objective ] To discuss the changes of serum D - Dimer content in pregnant women in perinatal period. [ Methods] One hundred and sixty pregnant women in perinatal period and fifty healthy non - pregnant women were involved. Serum D - Dimer content in these subjects was tested by HITACHI 7600 -020 full automatic biochemical analyzer. While PT and APTY were tested by sysmex corporation CA- 1500. Then the results were analyzed. [ Results] Serum D -Dimer levels showed significant differences between the pregnant women in perinatal period and the healthy non -pregnant women（ P 〈 0.01 ）. [ Conclusion] Monitoring the serum D -Dimer levels of the pregnant women in perinatal period had important significance in detecting pregnancy induced hypertension and preventing disseminated intravascular coagulation（DIC）.
