360株泌尿生殖道分离的解脲脲原体药敏分析

[目的]了解本地区解脲脲原体（uu）对抗菌药物的敏感性,以指导临床合理用药。[方法]采用微生物培养法对我院皮科门诊2009年360例uu阳性者患者的药敏结果进行分析。[结果]uu阳性率为49．8％,药敏试验中,美满霉素、强力霉素、交杀霉素、克拉霉素的敏感率较高分别为94．0％,93．9％,92．8％,70．5％,对罗红霉素、左氧氟沙星,氧氟沙星,阿岐霉素,诺氟沙星的敏感率较低,敏感率分别为14．3％,10．7％,8．43％,6．255,4．76％。[结论]治疗uu感染,临床应结合药敏试验合理用药,首选药物为美满霉素、强力霉素、交杀霉素。

DRUG SENSITIVE TEST FOR 360 STRAINS OF UU COLLECTED FROM URINOCONGENITAL TRANCT

[ Objective] To investigate the drug resistance of Uu in Fushun to provide basis for reasonable use of antibiotics in clinical practice. [ Methods] The mirobiological culture was used for drug sensitive test of 360 strains of Uu collected in our hospital in 2009. [ Resuits] The positive rate of Uu was 49.8%. It had different drug - resistant rates to various antibiotics. [ Conclusion] For treatment of Uu infection, we should reasonably use antibiotics according to drug sensitive test.
