摘    要:目的]分析和探讨流式细胞仪UF1000i和尿化学分析仪CLINITEK500检测尿液有形成分的临床应用价值。方法]3836份尿液标本以流式细胞仪UF1000i分析系统检测红细胞(RBC)、白细胞(WBC)、管型(CAST)等成分,尿化学分析仪CLINITEK500测定尿液中LEU、BLD、PRO等指标,与显微镜下人工判定的结果进行比较。结果]尿流式细胞分析仪在灵敏度、特异性、准确度、阳性预测值和阴性预测值都优于尿化学分析仪,经X2检验在a=0.05水准,两者差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论]两种仪器联合应用可以降低单用其中一种仪器的假阳性及假阴性率。

Abstract: Objective ] To analyze and explore the clinical value of flow eytometer UF1000i and urine chemistry analyzer CLIN- tTEK500 in urine detection. Methods] 3836 urine samples were involved in this test. The RBC, WBC and CAST in urine samples were detected by flow eytometer UF1000i, while indexes like LEU, BLD and PRO were detected with urine chemistry analyzer CLINITEKS00, then the results were compared with that acquired by manual determination under microscope. Results ] It was found in the test that flow eytometer was better than urine chemistry analyzer in sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value. There was statistieally signifieant differences ( at the a = 0.05 level) between the two (P 〈 0.05 by X2 test). Conclusion ]The joint inspection of flow eytometer and urine chemistry analyzer can decrease the false positive rate and false negative rate, which would happen when using either one solely.
