| 摘 要： | [目的]研究酚磺乙胺等药物对酶法测定肌酐的干扰及防治对策。[方法]利用本院临床各科室在一个月中的有关病例的检测材料，用苦味酸法与酶法鉴别干扰的存在，并对材料进行整理分析。[结果]一个月中共检出70例存在负干扰现象。[结论]酚磺乙胺等几种药物对酶法测定肌酐有负干扰，并对其性质、范围、机理及防治对策进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | [ Objective] TO observe the effects of using etamsylate etc. on creatinine detection with on enzymatic method and explore measures for its prevention. [ Methods ] The medical records of relevant cases in our hospitals in a month were used to determine the inter- ference with picric acid method and enzymatic method, respectively. [Results] In one month, there were 70 cases with negative interfer- ence. [ Conclusion] The ethamsylate etc. has negative interference with detection of creatinine by enzymatic method. Its nature, scope, mechanism and preventive measures are also discussed. |
