全自动血液成分分离机制备血小板的效果评价

[目的]评价分离机分离血小板的质量。[方法]比较分离机制备和手工制备的血小板在血小板回收率、红细胞、白细胞的差别。[结果]分离机制备的血小板在回收率上要明显高于手工分离，而且红细胞和白细胞的混入量也明显低于手工制备。分离机制备后血小板在形态上也没有过多的改变，没有造成血小板凝聚。[结论]建立的手工分离血小板标准化制备技术适合大部分采供血机构。

EFFECT ASSESSMENT OF AUTOMATIC BLOOD COMPONENT SEPARATOR PREPARATION OF PLATELET

[ Objective ] To evaluate the quality of separation platelet separator. [ Methods ] Compare separator preparation and manual separation of platelet in platelet recovery rate, red blood cells, white blood cells difference. [ Results ] The preparation of platelet separators on the recovery rate to be significantly higher than manual separation, and the amount of mixed with red blood cells and white blood cells is significantly lower than the manual preparation. Preparation of platelet separators too many and there is no change in morphology, did not cause platelet aggregation. [ Conclusion] The established manual separation platelet standardization technology is suitable for the most blood collection and supply agency.
