| 摘 要： | 采用吡喃阿霉素联合治疗３０例恶性肿瘤，结果，完全缓解４例，部分缓解１２例，稳定４例恶化１０例。ＣＲ率１３．３％，有效率为５３．３％。对恶性淋巴瘤和小细胞肺癌均有效率，而对非小细胞肺癌和消化道癌效果较差。
