特尔立治疗白血病化疗后白细胞减少的临床观察及药物经济学

目的：比较国产与进口粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM—CSF)在白血病化疗后骨髓抑制期的疗效及经济学价值。方法：选自1997—2001年住院急性白血病按随机对照方法分为特尔立组15例，生白能组13例。结果：两组在缩短骨髓抑制的天数和疗效无明显差异，但药物经济学有明显差别。结论：特尔立较进口同种制剂生白能疗效无明显差别，费用明显降低。

Clinical Investigation and Pharmaceutial Economics of GM-CSF in the Treatment of Leukemia with Leucocytopenia after Chemotherapy

Objective To compare the pharmaceutical economics and curative effects of native GM-CSF (Granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor) with import GM-CSF on leukemia with myelo suppression after chemotherapy. Methods 28 cases with acute leukemia hospitalized from 1997 to 2001 were randomaly divided into two groups, 15 cases for import GM-CSF group, 13 case for native GM-CSF group. Results There was no significant difference both in curative effects and in shortening the time of myelosuppression between native and import GM-CSF, but there were significant difference in the pharmaceutical economics. Conclusion The native GM-CSF is of no significant difference compared to the import GM-CSF in treatment but more economic.
