38例白内障病例无缝合硬核白内障囊外摘除术疗效观察

背景]探讨无缝合硬核白内障囊外摘除术及人工晶状体植入术对硬核白内障的疗效.病例报告]回顾性分析接受无缝合硬核白内障囊外摘除及人工晶状体植入术的38例(40眼)患者的术后视力、散光、角膜反应及并发症发生情况,并与同期41例(42眼)接受超声乳化及人工晶状体植入术患者进行比较分析.结果见无缝合囊外摘除术组患者中术后3,7 d及1个月裸眼或矫正视力高于0.5者分别为24,34,38眼,高于1.0者分别为7,18,24眼;术后1周角膜散光度为(1.51±0.85)D,出现角膜水肿者为18眼,于2~7 d均消退;与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义;无缝合囊外摘除术组患者中3眼于术后出现后囊破裂.讨论]无缝合囊外摘除术是治疗硬核性白内障的有效方法.

Observation of therapeutic effects of non suture extracapsular cataract extraction for 38 cases of sclerotic nucleus cataract

BACKGROUND To explore the therapeutic effects of non suture extracapsular cataract extraction of sclerotic nuclei cataract. CASE REPORTS The non suture extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation were performed in 41 cases 40 eyes of sclerotic nucleus cataract.The observation cluded postoperative vision,cornea's curvature,intraoperative complications and postoperative complications.At postoperative 3 day,1 week and 1 months the visual acuities correction 0.5 or better were obtained 24,34,38 eyes,ant 1.0 or better were 7,18,24 eyes.By one week after surgery,The average astigmatism of ECCE group was(1.51±0.85)D,corneal hydrops were occurred in 18 eyes,and those were disappeared after 2～7 d.However, there was no significant difference between ECCE group and PHACO group. DISCUSSION The non suture ECCE is effective method nucleus cataract.
