两种方法测量CVP的对比研究

目的探讨不同方法测量CVP结果的差异和临床最佳选择。方法采用不同的方法分别测量同一患者同一时间的CVP,并记录。实验组应用监护仪连接压力传感器测量法,对照组采用传统的标尺测量法。结果2种测压数据经配对t检验,t=2.0,P>0.05,2种测量方法无显著性差异。结论2种测量方法结果相同,均能作为临床常规监测手段,但要根据患者的实际情况和疾病需要采取最佳的方法,关键是要规范测量。

Comparative research on two methods in the measurement of CVP

Objective To investigate the variance of central venous pressure(CVP)measured using the different measurement methods,and the best choice in clinic.Methods The CVPs were measured and recorded in each patient at the same time using different methods,respectively.The measurement of monitor linked to pressure sensor was used in the experiment group,the traditional standard measurement used in the control group.Results Paired t-test for two pressure measurement data was conducted(t=1.997,P>0.05).No obvious difference was existed between the two measurement methods.Conclusions The results are the same between the two measurement methods,and any one can be used the clinical routine monitoring tools.The best method should be adopted according to the patients' actual condition and the need of disease.The key point is to make the measurement normalized.
