原发性输尿管癌的CT表现

目的 分析9例原发性输尿管癌的螺旋CT表现,探讨螺旋CT检查程序及诊断与鉴别诊断要点。方法 总结9例原发性输尿管癌的螺旋CT检查的扫描及后处理过程和影像特征。结果 9例输尿管癌均经SCT平扫、动、静脉期及延迟扫描,多平面与三维重建,病灶得到清晰显示,手术病理证实均为输尿管移行细胞癌。结论 完善有序的SCT检查方法应该包括检查前的准备、扫描后的后处理,这对输尿管癌的诊断及鉴别诊断有一定的实用价值。

CT findings of primary ureteral carcinoma

Objective To study CT findings of ureteral carcinoma and to perform the optimal design for spiral CT scan procedure. Methods Nine patients with primary ureteral carcinoma which was proven by pathology underwent CT plain scan and enhancement scan. CT findings of ureteral carcinoma in all patients were analyzed retrospectively and compared with postoperative pathology. In order to obtain clear CT images,the optimal design for SCT scan procedure was performed in tri-phase scanning, multi-planar reconstruction and 3-dimensional imaging. Results According to our own design for GT scan procedure, CT plain scan and enhanced scan clearly revealed the locations,the forms and the enhanced features of the carcinous lesions in all patients,at the same time these lesions were proved to be transitional cell carcinoma by pathology. Conclusion The optimal design for SCT scan procedure and CT features of the lesions are the critical factors in the diagnosis and the differential diagnosis of ureteral carcinoma.
