1985~2005年曲靖市食物中毒资料分析

摘    要:目的]了解曲靖市食物中毒的发生发展变化趋势与发生原因,为制订食物中毒的控制措施提供依据。方法]对1985-2005年曲靖市食物中毒资料进行分析,了解曲靖市食物中毒流行势态与中毒原因。结果]1985-2005年合计发生食物中毒162起,中毒7 751例,死亡58例,病死率为0.75%。城镇发生72起、中毒2 977例、死亡4例,城郊、农村发生90起、中毒4 774例、死亡54例。造成食物中毒的因素主要是原料污染(30起)、食用前加工不当(72起)、误食毒物(60起)。其中植物毒素中毒(四季豆)中毒42起;30起细菌性食物中毒中,蜡样芽孢杆菌中毒15起、沙门菌中毒10起、金黄色葡萄球菌中毒5起;73起化学性中毒中,毒鼠强中毒40起、有机磷中毒28起。食物中毒发生在集体食堂的30起,公共饮食服务业43起,家庭89起。结论]曲靖市食物中毒发生起数、中毒人数以城镇、农村、城郊的集体食堂为主,死亡人数以农村家庭为主;中毒原因由过去的细菌性食物中毒过渡为细菌性、化学性、植物性等多种中毒并存的局面。

Abstract:Objective]To understand food poisoning incidents and its causes,provide scientific bases for food poisoning control and prevention.Methods]Data on food poisoning from 1985 to 2005 in Qujing City were analyzed to understand the epidemic trend and causes of food poisoning.Results]162 food poisoning incidents occurred from 1985 to 2005.7 751 people were stricken by food poisoning and 58 cases were killed.The mortality rate was 0.75 percent.72 food poisoning incidents occurred in towns,2 977 people were stricken by food poisoning and 4 cases were killed.Among 90 food poisoning incidents occurred in rural areas,4 774 people were stricken and 54 cases were killed.The main causes were contamination of food stuff(30),improper processing(72),accidental eating of toxic animal or plants(60),Among which 42 food poisoning incidents were caused by toxic plants(kidney bean).Among 30 poisoning incidents by bacteria,15 of which were caused by bacillus cereus,10 were caused by salmonella,5 were caused by staphylococcus aureus.Among 73 food poisoning incidents by chemicals,40 of which were caused by tetramine,28 were caused by organophosphorus.30 food poisoning incidents occurred in collective canteens.43 occurred in public catering units and 89 were occurred at home.Conclusion]The incidents mainly occurred in collective canteens in town and rural areas.The main fatalities occurred at home in rural areas,poisoning by bacteria,chemicals and plants became the main causes.
