| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨睡眠障碍对战士记忆和训练的影响。方法 调查 12 7名有睡眠障碍的战士的主、客观记忆力及其训练成绩 ,并与正常对照组比较。结果 睡眠障碍的战士记忆力及其训练成绩普遍下降 ,其中阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征 (OSAHS)组与单纯鼾症组及正常对照组比较有显著差异。OSAHS患者所在的班整体成绩也相对欠佳。结论 睡眠障碍患者不仅本人日常训练受到严重影响 ,对部队整体战斗力也有一定的影响

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of sleep disorder on memory function and training in soldier.Methods The function of subjective and objective memory and the grade of training were measured in 78 OSAHS patients,49 snorers and 80 normal volunteers in army.Results There was significant difference between OSAHS group and the other two groups. The whole achievement was not so good relatively in those classes that contain the OSAHS patients. Conclusion OSAHS can result in memory hypofunction and the grade of training descent. Not only personal memory function and training are affected seriously by OSAHS, but also the whole battle effectiveness is affected. |
