| 摘 要： | 目的:通过全程护理干预提高癫痫病人遵医行为及疗效。方法:将108例癫痫病人随机分为干预组和对照组各54例,干预组在住院期间及出院后均持续给予护理干预,对照组在住院期间及出院时只给予常规治疗和护理及一般出院指导。结果:出院1年后,干预组患者遵医行为及疗效明显优于对照组(P0.01)。Logistic回归分析发现,健康教育、按医嘱服药以及坚持门诊随诊与癫痫病人疗效有关。结论:全程护理干预可提高癫痫病人遵医行为及疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective：To improve the compliance rehavior of patients and by using of the nursing intervention.Methods：108 patients were divided into intervention group and control group randomly,54 cases in these in each group.The intervention group were given nursing intervention,and the control were given nromal care.Results：The treatment in test group were significant higher than those in control group.Behavior of following doctor＇s advice was related to therapeutic effect of patients with epilepsy.The study showed that health education,Follow-up on clinic and taking medicine on the doctor＇s advice.were correlated with therapeutic effect of patients with epilepsy（P0.01）.Conclusion：Nursing intervention was an effective method for raising the compliance and therapeutic effect of patients with epilepsy. |
