| 摘 要： | 目的]评价欣胃颗粒治疗气阴两虚挟瘀挟毒型胃癌前病变（GPL）的有效性。方法]选择中医辨证属气阴两虚挟瘀挟毒型GPL患者60例，随机分为2组：欣胃颗粒治疗组（治疗组）30例；胃复春治疗组（对照组）30例；均治疗3个月，观察2组临床、胃镜、病理疗效及胃泌素（GAS）、生长抑素（ss）的变化。结果]治疗组的临床、胃镜、病理疗效以及GAS，SS水平结果均显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论]欣胃颗粒对GPL有良好的疗效。
