E-Tracking技术检测颈动脉弹性参数与同型半胱氨酸的相关研究

摘    要:目的:通过超声回声跟踪(E-Tracking)技术检测脑血管病患者的颈动脉弹性参数,并探讨其与血浆中同型半胱氨酸(HcY)浓度的相关性。方法:选择90例我院住院患者,诊断标准符合第四届全国脑血管病会议修订的标准,经CT或MRI扫描证实均患脑血管病,并行HCY浓度检测和颈动脉弹性参数的检测。结果:随着脑血管病患者HCY浓度升高,超声检测颈动脉弹性参数:单点脉搏波传导速度(PWVt?)、增大指数(A1)、顺应性(AC)、血管压力应变弹性系数(Ep)、硬化参数(0),并与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义,脑血管病组HCY浓度与颈动脉弹性参数Ep、β、PwV8、AI呈正相关,与AC呈负相关。脑血管病组颈动脉内一中膜厚度(IMT)与颈动脉弹性参数β、Ep、PwVβ、AI呈正相关,与AC呈负相关。结论:E-Tracking技术可以较早、间接地反映脑血管病患者血管内皮功能;脑血管病组HCY浓度与颈动脉弹性参数Ep、β、PwVβ、AC的相关性比颈动脉IMT的相关性更好;颈动脉弹性参数可以反映脑血管病的危险程度。

Abstract:Objective: Ultrasonic echo tracking (E Tracking) technology in patients with cerebrovascular disease the detection of carotid artery elastic parameters and plasma concentrations of homocysteine research. Methods: 90 patients hospitalized in our hospital patients,cerehrovascular disease diagnosis of the fourth session of the revised national standards, the head CT or MRI scans are suffering from cerebrovascular disease confirmed by the parallel detection of plasma homocysteine levels and ca- rotid artery elasticity parameter testing. Results: The patients with cerebrovascular disease in the homocysteine concentration, ultrasound carotid artery elasticity parameters β, Ep, AC, PWVβ compared with the control group, the difference was signifi- cant, the same type of cerebrovascular disease group, the plasma cysteine acid concentration and carotid artery elastic parameters Ep,β, PWVβ, AI was positively correlated, negatively correlated with the AC. Conclusion: Echo Tracking E-Tracking technolo- gy can indirectly reflect the earlier vascular endothelial function in patients with cerebrovascular disease; carotid artery cerebro- vascular disease-the middle membrane IMT and carotid artery elasticity parameters β, Ep, PWVβ, AI was positively correlated with the AC negative correlation; eerebrovascular disease group,the plasma homocysteine concentration and carotid artery elas- ticity parameters Ep,β,PWVβ, AI was positively correlated with the AC was a negative correlation; cerebrovascular disease group, the plasma homocysteine concentration and carotid elastic parameter Ep,β, PWVβ, AC than the relevance of carotid arter- y-middle and better films related to IMT; carotid artery elastic parameters can reflect the degree of risk with cerebrovascular disease.
