| 摘 要： | 目的]观察健脾柔肝、化痰祛瘀法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎（CAG）伴肠化生（IM）的临床疗效。方法]将98例患者随机分为治疗组（50例）和对照组（48例）。治疗组采用健脾柔肝、化痰祛瘀法,服用莪蚕健胃汤,对照组服用胃复春,3个月为1个疗程,2组均治疗2个疗程。结果]治疗组临床证候疗效、胃镜疗效及病理疗效均优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论]健脾柔肝、化痰祛瘀法对CAG伴IM患者有一定的治疗作用,对预防胃癌具有较好的临床意义。
