| 摘 要： | 目的：观察电针足三里对兔单肺通气炎性介质反应水平及肺损伤程度的影响。方法：健康成年新西兰兔39只,随机分为电针非穴位组（EN组）、电针穴位组（EP组）和对照组（C组）,每组13只。麻醉后右肺实施单肺通气3h。EN、EP两组于单肺通气开始时实施电针刺激,EN组取双侧足三里穴旁1cm处,EP组取双侧足三里穴处,双肺通气前、单肺通气前及单肺通气后测血液中性粒细胞水平。实验结束处死,测定肺组织TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8、IL-10含量,观察肺组织病理形态学。结果：EP组单肺通气后氧合指数高于EN组及C组（P〈0.05）,血液中性粒细胞明显低于EN组及C组（P〈0.05）,肺组织TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8亦明显降低（P〈0.05）,而IL-10明显增高（P〈0.05）;肺间质及肺泡水肿和岀血较少,仅见少量中性粒细胞浸润（P〈0.05）。结论：电针足三里可以通过调节炎性反应来减轻单肺通气引起的肺损伤。 |
