| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨中西医结合治疗对急性重症胰腺炎（SAP）预后的影响。[方法]76例SAP患者随机分成观察组53例,对照组23例。观察组采用西药加中药清胰汤,对照组仅予西药治疗,观察2组患者入院后腹泻开始时间及次数、腹部体征、症状改善情况与住院时间、预后的关系。[结果]观察组临床症状及体征缓解时间、住院时间明显短于对照组（P〈0.05）;全身炎症反应综合征（SIRS）、多脏器功能障碍综合征（MODS）病死率亦低于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组中7例死亡,对照组6例死亡。[结论]中西医结合治疗SAP可阻止病情的进一步发展,减少并发症和缩短住院时间,改善预后,腹泻时间越早,预后越好。
