同心县830名农村育龄妇女两周患病现状及卫生服务利用情况

目的了解同心县农村育龄妇女两周患病情况及对卫生服务的利用。方法在同心县10个乡镇按经济状况好、中、差分层,随机抽取52个自然村,每个自然村随机抽取15～49岁已婚育龄妇女共计830名。采用入户调查,对育龄妇女的一般情况、两周患病及就诊进行调查。结果 830名农村育龄妇女文化程度较低,两周患病率为11.1%,两周患病种类前五位依次为感冒、妇科疾病、头痛、胃炎和心脏病,分别占27.2%、12.0%、9.8%、3.3%和3.3%。两周就诊率为9.4%。未治疗原因调查,以自感病情较轻比例最高为57.1%,其次为经济困难占35.7%。就诊机构的选择前三位依次为县医院、乡镇卫生院和村卫生室,分别占28.6%、26.8%和19.6%。不同年龄组间体检率差异无统计学意义(χ2=5.746,P=0.125)。不同文化程度育龄妇女体检率差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.209,P=0.007)。结论 830名农村育龄妇女文化程度较低,健康状况堪忧,对卫生服务的利用率较低。

Two-week Morbility Rate and Health Services Utilization of 830 Rural Women of Childbearing Age in Tongxin County

Objective To investigate two-week morbility rate and health services utilization of 830 rural women of childbearing age in Tongxin County.Methods 52 natural villages and 830 15~49 years old,married women were selected randomly based on economic conditions.A household survey was conducted and the general conditions,two-week ill and medical records of the women of child-bearing age were investigated.Results Two-week prevalence of 830 rural women of child-bearing age was 11.1%.The top five diseases based on two-week prevalence were the cold,gynecological disease,headache,gastritis and heart diseases and their prevalences were 27.2%,12.0%,9.8%,3.3% and 3.3%,respectively.Two-week consultation rate of 830 rural women of child-bearing age was 9.4%.Two weeks see a doctor rate sick for 84.8%.No treatment reason investigation,to feel the illness is light the highest percentage is 57.1%,and 35.7% for the economic difficulties.Medical institutions choice is in the top three county hospital,rural hospitals and village clinic respectively.Conclusion Two-week prevalence and consultation of 830 rural women of child-bearing age were low in Tongxin County.
