摘    要:目的比较血清中矿物质元素测定样品前处理的方法。方法 40例血清样品分别用石墨炉和微波消解仪进行消解,用ICP-AES在相同条件下测定Li、Mn、Ni、Sn、B、Cd、Sr、Cr、Cu、Fe、Zn、Al、P、S、K、Ca、Na、Mg。结果统计结果表明,微波消解法测得血清Li、Mn、Ni、Sn、B、Cr、Fe、Zn、、K、Ca、Na、Mg的含量明显高于湿化消解法;血清Cd、Sr、Cu、Al、P、S量法的测定结果差异无统计学意义。结论根据检出限、精密度、加标回收率的结果,建议测定血清中矿物质元素时采用微波消解法。

Abstract:Objective To compare sample preparation methods in deterining serum mineral elements.Methods 40 serum samples were digested with serum sample graphite furnace and microwave digestion instrument decomposition respectively.Mn,Li,Ni,Sn,B,Cd,Sr,Cr,Cu,Fe,Zn,Al,P,S,K,Ca,Na and Mg were determined with icp-aes under the same conditions.Results Statistical results showed that microwave digestion measured higher readings in serum Li,Mn,Ni,Sn,B,Cr,Fe,Zn,K,Ca,Na,Mg than the wet digestion did.Conclusion Based on the detection limit and precision,it was suggested that microwave digestion should be used in determination of serum mineral elements.
