绝经后妇女身高变化与骨密度关系探讨

目的 了解绝经后妇女身高的变化情况与骨密度关系，为骨质疏松的诊断提供依据。方法 对246例自然绝经妇女测量身高、体重。用双能X线吸收法(DEXA)测定腰椎前后位L1～L4；右侧髋部骨密度。结果 随增龄，身高、骨密度(BMD)均下降。身高在50～60岁下降最为明显，60～65岁略缓慢，75～80岁再次明显下降。以绝经年限划分，在5～10年下降最为显著,以后渐趋缓，其中20～25年下降最慢。BMD在L2～4髋部各部位，在50～60岁下降显著，65～70岁缓慢下降期或趋平稳，70岁后均大幅度下降。在绝经后，前10年下降显著，10年后BMD处在相对慢速下降期，在15年后又处于快速下降期。BMD与身高相关性分析，R值0．395～0．265，P=0．000，具显著相关性。依诊断Ⅰ型OP标准，分为BMD达到诊断OP标准组与未达到组，用t检验比较两组的身高，P=0．002，具有统计学意义。结论 绝经后，妇女BMD与身高随增龄而下降，各部位骨丢失速率存在差异，下降的BMD与身高具有相关性。

The relation of the height and bone density in postmenopausal women

Objective To comprehend the relation of the height and the bone mass in postmenopausal women,and to find an effective way to prevent osteoporosis.Methods Record 246 height value of naturally postmenopausal women.The bone mineral density(BMD)in lumbar spine and hip were measured by dual energy X ray absorptiometry(DEXA).Results BMD and height diminished with in creasing age.There were two increasing height decreased periods between 50 to 60 and 75 to 80 years old.Decrease of height were obvious between 5 to 10 years after menopause.Bone density dewening of L2 4 and hip were obvious decreased in the patients of 50 60 and 70 years old.There were two accelerated bone loss periods after menopause 10 and 15 20 years.Height are positively correlated with bone density in lumbar spine and hip R 0 265 0 395 P =0 000.Height in osteoporosis of postmenopausal women was much lower than those in females.Conclusions BMD and height of postmenopausal women diminished with age increasing.Significant differences in the pattern and rate of bone loss among various skeletal sites.Height is positively correlated with bone density.
