摘    要:目的探讨维持性血液透析病人的内分泌状况。方法对24例维持性血液透析洽疗的慢性肾衰尿毒症病人采用放射免疫法检测血清甲状腺激素及催乳素水平,同时进行血液透析前后的分析。结果在严重的肾脏损害者中血清总三碘甲状腺原氨酸(TT3)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)和游离甲状腺素(T4)的水平比慢性肾炎肾功能正常者减少,但血清总甲状腺素(TT4)和促甲状腺激素(TSH)无明显变化。在严重肾衰中催乳素(PRL)明显升高,血液透析前后病人激素水平无改变。结论低T3综合征和高催乳素血症存在于维持性血液透析病人中,激素水平与血液透析无明显关系。

Abstract:Objective To explore endocrine status in 24 maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods The levels of plasma thyrold hormones and prolactin in maintenance hemodialysis patients with uremia were detected by radioimmunoassay. Results The levels of plasma total T3(TT3), Free T3 (FT3) and free T4(FT4) in all patients with severe renal failure were lower than that in chronic glomerulonephritis, but plasma total thyroxine(TT4) and thyroid - stimulating hormone (TSH) were no significant difference. The level of plasma prolactin (PRL) was increased significantly in severe renal failure. There were no changes of whole plasma endocrine levels before or after hemodialysis. Conclusion Low - T3 syndrome and hyperprolactinemia appeared in maintenance hemodialysis patients. There were no corrlations between hemodialysis and levels of plasma endocrine.
