低场MRCP在胆道疾病中的临床应用

摘    要:目的:探讨低场强MR胰胆管成像技术及临床应用价值。方法:以0.35T低场强MR设备,重T2WIMR水成像技术做MRCP 120例。采用HASTE序列加脂肪抑制技术,屏气后薄层扫描,图像经计算机叠加重建处理。结果:120例中10例正常,110例患有胰胆疾患,其中90例经手术病理证实。阳性患者MRCP均能显示各类疾病的异常改变,阴性者能展示胆总管、胆囊、肝总管、左右肝管的形态。结论:低场强MRCP能够反映胰胆管的正常与异常情况和胰胆管梗阻的部位与程度,与MRI结合能够提高诊断胰胆管疾病病因的水平。

Abstract:Objective To investigate technique of low field magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography and its clinical application. Methods Magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography was performed in 120 cases using a 0.35 Tesla unit with breath hold, heavy T2W1, scanning with haste sequence and fat suppress. The images had dealt with 3D MIP reconstruction. Results Of the 120 cases, 10 cases showed normal biliary and pancreatic ducts. The remaining 110 cases had pancreatic and biliary disease, and 90 of them were surgically and pathologically proved. All the abnormal signs were clearly demonstrated. The common bile duct, gallebadder, and left or right hepatic duct were revealed in normal subjects. Conclusion The low field magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography is very helpful in evaluating biliary and pancreatic ducts and in demonstrating the obstruction site and extent. If combined with MRI, magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography will improve the diagnostic level for biliary and pancreatic diseases.
